Kelly specializes in outcome-based medical massage, utilizing Neuromuscular Therapy and Manual Lymph Drainage, to meet your specific goals for natural pain relief. She specializes in addressing acute and chronic pain and hard-to-treat cases.

DIRECTIONS
On the Table Massage is located at the SW corner of 44th Avenue and Lowell Boulevard, in the second building just south of the Safeway gas station. Look for the tan building with black awnings. The office is handicap accessible and right next door to New West Physicians. Parking spaces are plentiful. Click here for a map.

HOURS
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 am until 5 pm. 
Requests for earlier or later appointments may be accommodated. 

FEES
$70 per hour out-of-pocket payment at time of service.
Package discounts are available:
     3 sessions for $200 (a $10 savings)
    10 sessions for $650 (a $50 savings)
Tips are not necessary or expected.

MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE PACKAGE SPECIAL 
For new patients only, try 3 Manual Lymph Drainage sessions for $150.

PAYMENT
Cash or check.

INSURANCE BILLING
With a written referral from your primary health care provider, Kelly can bill out to third-party insurance payers. She accepts Med Pay auto insurance cases and Worker’s Compensation claims. Some health insurance companies cover massage therapy. Please contact your customer service representative to determine (1) if massage therapy is a covered benefit  and (2) the specific provider stipulations of your particular plan. Kelly can also give you all the necessary paperwork to file your own claim for reimbursement through your health insurance or flexible spending account.
