PHILOSOPHY
Kelly appreciates the art and science of therapeutic massage. She facilitates the body's own ability to heal, treating the causes, not the symptoms. She addresses the body as a whole to regain and restore muscular balance and postural alignment. In each session, Kelly strives for client satisfaction and to reach mutually agreed-upon long- and short-term goals. Client education is also essential, and each is encouraged to participate in his or her own healing process through recommended self-care stretches and exercises.
